Michel Gondry’s work (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, several cool White Stripes music videos) often demands –albeit politely — that viewers suspend their disbelief. Tokyo!, a compilation of three independent short segments, is no exception. To be fair, Gondry directs only one of them. To be unfair, all three have their share of “what the hell is going on?” moments.

Interview: Bradley Cooper
on The Hangover
After years of supporting roles in The Wedding Crashers, Failure To Launch, He’s Just Not That Into You, Yes Man and the Jennifer Garner action television series Alias, it appears as if Bradley Cooper has paid off all his Tinsel Town dues and become a bonafide leading man. In the rip-roaring Todd Phillips-directed comedy The Hangover, 34-year-old Cooper heads up an ensemble cast that includes Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms, Heather Graham and former World Heavyweight Champ Mike Tyson.
Cooper, the alpha male of bunch, recounts some of the outrageous hijinks he and the cast went through for the film, addresses what it was like having a penis on his shoulder and what it takes to get away with jokes about 9/11 and the Holocaust, and talks about as his starring role (opposite Sandra Bullock) in the upcoming All About Steve and whether the rumours that he could soon become a celluloid comic book superhero (courtesy of The Green Lantern) are true.
