Interview: Jared Padelecki
on Supernatural


With equal doses of pitch-black dark humor and historically-based, skin-crawling tales of the paranormal, plus a few demons, angels, shape-shifters, vampires and Lucifer himself, thrown in for good measure, the fourth season of the Emmy-nominated Supernatural is the funniest, scariest season of the series so far.

Currently filming Season Five in Vancouver, the San Antonio, Texas-born Jared Padelecki (one half of Supernatural’s Winchester brothers team) took a little time away from vanquishing ghosts and summoning archangels to chat about fans’ undegarments, his own superstitions, the paranormal, and a certain species of godless killing machine. Death of cyclist casts shadow over former Ontario Attorney General, and shines light on bike/car conflicts


It sounds unbelievable, but numerous news outlets are reporting that Michael Bryant, who recently resigned his job as Ontario’s Minister as Economic Development and served for a number of years as the province’s Attorney General (he banned pit bulls, remember?), is in custody after the fatal hit-and run of a cyclist last night near Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood.
